Chyngyz and Steven came to KODIF from two sides of the same problem. One built the logistics that get ecommerce orders out the door. The other built the software that runs them. They share one conviction: customer support is overdue for automation that does the work instead of just deflecting it.

Steven has been writing code since he was 11, when he started out building video games. As co-founder and CTO of Touch of Modern, he built the company’s core technology in-house, including its ecommerce platform, order management, warehouse management, and marketing software. That stack carried the brand past $100 million in revenue. After 15 years building the systems online retailers run on, he knows what happens to an order after someone clicks “buy.”

Chyngyz is a repeat entrepreneur. Before KODIF, he worked in private equity, earned his Stanford MBA, and founded a 3PL company in New Jersey, which he sold before business school.

Together, they’re building the agent they always wished they’d had: one that takes action, owns the outcome, and gets sharper every week.
