Thank you for participating in the KODIF Customer Referral Program! By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility of Referred Leads
- Referred companies must be eCommerce brands — either direct-to-consumer (D2C) or marketplace-based.
- To qualify, the referred company must meet both of the following:
- A minimum of 5,000 monthly customer conversations
- A customer support team of 5–10 people
- The referred brand must be a net-new lead — it must:
- Not be an existing KODIF customer, and
- Not be in KODIF’s active sales pipeline or already marked as a qualified lead.
2. Qualification and Reward Criteria
- KODIF retains the right to determine lead qualification and conversion status before any reward is issued.
- A lead is considered “qualified” once it has completed an initial demo or discovery call with the KODIF team and meets all eligibility criteria.
- A lead is considered “converted” once it has signed and onboarded as a paying KODIF customer.
3. Reward Structure and Payouts
- Referrers will receive:
- $200 for each qualified lead that completes a demo call.
- An additional $2,000 for each qualified lead that converts into a customer.
- By default, all rewards will be issued to the account currently used for transactions with KODIF.
- If a referrer prefers to receive payouts personally or via a different account, they may provide the relevant account or banking information to KODIF for reward disbursement.
4. Referral Tracking
- Referrers can track the status of their referrals — including demo completion, conversion, and reward eligibility — via the PartnerStack platform.
5. Special Bonus: KODIF Champions Gathering
- The first five successful converted referrals will be invited to an exclusive KODIF Partner Alliance Event in Los Angeles on September 24–25.
- Selected participants will receive an all-expenses-paid trip and be notified by September 15th to allow for travel planning.
