Our Story

Norm Usenkanov, our co-Founder, worked on Uber’s Customer Obsession team as a lead engineer, building the platform that powers the support teams for Uber, UberEats, and UberFreight. This platform arms their teams with powerful automations to assist customers at scale. You can experience these CX automations in the help sections of Uber or UberEats today. Chyngyz Dzuhamanzarov, our second co-Founder, has successfully run and exited several consumer companies prior to receiving his MBA from Stanford GSB. Mike Zayonc, our third co-founder, brings a wealth of experience from also running multiple consumer companies and overseeing investments in over 70 technology startups. Previously, while a Partner at Plug and Play Ventures, he also partnered with hundreds of Fortune 500 executives including Walmart, TJX, and Nike to drive innovation and strategic investments, gaining first-hand insights into the CX challenges companies face. We’ve combined this expertise to create a powerful AI customer support platform for mid-market and enterprise companies.
